Who handles your data
The data controller is the MOONE service. For any question about your data, write to privacy@moone.dev.
What we collect
Through the form on moone.dev: your email address, the page language and when you signed up.
If you use MOONE: the name in your profile, your passkey and what you create in the service: files, notes, errands, messages to the assistant. Your fingerprint and Face ID stay on your device; we only receive a public key.
Why
We use your email to send your beta invite and to tell you about important changes to the service. We don't send ads. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties, except as described in the next section.
Who receives data
For the AI agents to work, the text of errands and the materials you give them is sent to language models through our gateway.
Connections you turn on yourself (Telegram, Google Drive, MCP servers) receive only what they need to work.
Cookies
The moone.dev page sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics. Once you sign in to MOONE, your browser keeps one session cookie; signing in doesn't work without it.
How long we keep it
We keep the email from the form until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete it. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@moone.dev and we'll answer within 10 working days.
Changes
We publish each new version of this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
